Tough call here sweetie. You wanted a critique, but how can one critique perfection?
Just being a bit dramatic here <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/g/g…" width="17" height="15" alt=":giggle:" title="Giggle"/> but everything works so nicely together and it is all flawlessly blended for a great natural look (for a manip). Especially the books. They look as if they'd been there all along. Honestly, if I didn't know you are a photomanipulator like me, I'd say this was a photograph from a first glance.
2 things I will critique on: the left (red) candle doesn't seem to reflect on the elements in its proximity (the books underneath and next to it) and the subtle, but still visible yellow glow on the lighting outside the window. The focus is on the foreground, and the yellow against the blues is noticeable.
