the feathers are symbolic, duh!
I actually wanted to make wounds on her back where wings should have been, but I don't like blood on my works, and scars didn't convince me. It's all sybmlic anyway; just wished to convey an emotion, the feeling that one is prisioner of themselves, they can't open wings and fly free, and if they try they might fall.

First of all, this artwork is eye catchy due to its low contrast of the colors. It comes out among other deviations easily. Hairstyle and pose of model is perfect, according to title of composition.

I like the lights falling on model, on her left waist and hand. She is perfectly placed on rocky edge. Blurred feathers gives feel of falling and floating on wild air.
